My story

Alsace, France. 2020. I was enjoying a summer holiday filled with hikes and dips in mountain lakes and realized I didn’t want to return to work. I was not sure why I needed change, what I wanted, or how to get there.

Though I was passionate about my work and the industry, some elements held me back. I experienced a lack of clarity in my career path, I did not experience accountability within the organization, and felt I was given too little (financial) recognition.

Over the next few months, I developed tools and career mindset exercises based on design think principles. Through those principles, I went on a search to define my values and strengths.

Personal life

I spent my early days in Germany, obtained a BSc & MSc in organizational psychology & change management in English, did the work grind in Ghana for 1,5 years, and now call The Hague home with my cat Idris 🐈‍⬛ straight out of Curaçao. Fluent in both Dutch and English, I navigate the languages effortlessly.

Tuesday evenings I spend in a small theater in Den Haag training with my improv group 'Fuchsia'. These evenings help me clear my mind, teach me how to let go of control, and expect the unexpected.

Now, for the quirky twist – my cat Idris? A bit of his ear went missing during a Curaçao operation. And guess what? It's not just his thing; it's sneakily woven into my logo. Give the M a closer look, and you'll spot Idris's signature style.
